Refund & Return Policy

Our Philosophy:
At Mandala Magic Shop, every mandala-designed product is carefully created—whether it’s a tee, mug, or tote—just for you.

When Refunds or Replacements Apply:

  • If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include:

    • Clear photos or a short unboxing video showing the issue.

    • The original packaging, if possible.

  • Once verified, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What We Can’t Refund/Exchange:

  • Change of mind, incorrect size, or color preference—these don’t qualify for refunds or exchanges.

  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.

Important Returns Info:

  • If your order cannot be delivered and is returned-to-origin (RTO), we’ll notify you—no extra charge applies. You can place a new order for shipment.
