1. General

  • All products are printed and fulfilled on-demand through our fulfillment partner (Qikink).

  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Colors or placement may vary slightly due to the nature of digital printing.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Once an order is placed, it is processed automatically. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after 12 hours of purchase.

  • We accept payments through secure gateways (UPI, cards, wallets, netbanking, COD where available).

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after placement.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within India and varies for international orders.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged, misprinted, or defective products.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or unboxing video proof.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, images, and content on Mandala Magic Shop are our intellectual property.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Mandala Magic Shop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Maximum liability, if proven, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
